By using the Astro 365 app you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

What the app is — and what it isn't

The content covering astrology, tarot, numerology, coffee-cup reading and dream interpretation, written in part by artificial intelligence, is entertaining and reflective in nature. We do not foretell destiny nor claim such an ability exists — the content is not a prediction of future events. Nor is it medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions are always yours to make and yours to answer for; 365 LAB DOO is not liable for actions taken or omitted on the basis of the app's content.

Account and permitted use

Your account is created automatically and anonymously; you use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to circumvent restrictions, attempt to access other people's data, copy content in bulk, or use the content to train AI systems. You may enter other people's data only with their consent. Do not enter data about health, faith, sexual life or similar sensitive information, either about yourself or about others — the astrologer neither asks for it nor remembers it.

AI content

Part of the content is written by artificial intelligence. We do our best to keep it true to your chart (technical checks run on the server), but it may contain errors. The content is provided "as is", without warranties.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases go through Google Play; subscription status is handled for us by RevenueCat. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it — you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices are shown before purchase, in your currency and including VAT, and are always the ones Google Play displays at checkout. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Credits and your subscription are linked to your account in the app and are restored automatically when you reinstall, once you sign in with the same Google account you paid with; if they don't appear, contact us with your Google Play order number. Deleting all your data also deletes your account — purchased credits then stop being valid, so use them before deleting.

Fair use and exact limits

AI content is measured in CREDITS — one unit for everything the AI astrologer writes, no fine print. One credit is one text; longer and richer texts cost more credits, and the price of every action is shown ON SCREEN before you start it. Prices may change, but they are always shown before confirmation and are never charged retroactively. A free account receives 10 credits as a gift, one time only, and they never expire. With Premium you get 200 credits every month, at the same prices as without a subscription — the subscription doesn't change the cost of an action, it brings a monthly allowance, weekly and monthly overviews and a natal chart synthesis. A full thematic report costs 60 credits (10 per chapter; you are charged only for what is actually written), so the monthly allowance covers, for example, 100 questions to the AI astrologer, or 2 full reports plus another 40 questions; you can also buy reports separately, one at a time. When you run out of credits: with Premium (and on accounts under the old terms) the new monthly allocation arrives on day 1st of the month, while your subscription keeps running and everything else in it still works. On a free account, gift credits do NOT renew — they are one-time only; after that you can buy a credit pack (10, 25 or 50) or go Premium. Everything the app calculates on its own (daily horoscope, natal chart, tarot, numerology) keeps working, without a single credit. Purchased and gifted credits DO NOT EXPIRE and carry over from month to month; monthly credits from a subscription renew and do not carry over. There are also two safeguards that aren't pricing but a brake against misuse: a limited number of calls in a single day, and a maximum number of messages per month per account: 1,000. Free and with no time limit, and WITHOUT spending credits: a daily horoscope calculated from your chart every day, a natal chart with planet-by-planet readings, tarot card draws (up to 3 readings per week), numerology and a quick answer, 1 saved people — your device composes this content itself from the calculated positions of the planets, and it costs us nothing. Credits are only used for texts written by artificial intelligence (Word of the AI Astrologer, conversation with the AI astrologer, dream interpretation, tarot reading, cup reading from a photo, AI chapter of the lunar day, personal love dates, Word of the Interpreter in Intuition, weekly and monthly horoscope, natal chart synthesis). The natal chart synthesis and the weekly/monthly horoscope are available with Premium. Accounts created before Aug 15, 2026 keep the terms shown to them at that time and receive credits per month: 35. When you reach a limit, the app tells you exactly which one it is, how many credits were missing, and what still works for free.

Your content and cancellation

The readings and reports generated for you are yours for personal use — keep them and share them with a credit to the app; commercial resale is not permitted. You may stop using the app and delete all your data at any time.

Responsibility and crisis situations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from reliance on this content; consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. We try to resolve any dispute directly first, via the contact address in your Profile. Consumers in the European Union can use out-of-court dispute resolution before the competent body in their country; we don't commit to participating unless required by law. The app is not an emergency service — if you are in crisis, call the European emotional support helpline 116 123 (where available) or your local emergency number (112 in the EU).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, with jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory rules of your country provide otherwise. The rights you have as a consumer under mandatory rules remain unaffected.
